You can expect 4 hours of interactive excercises with a maximum of 7 participants
Fillers
What you say should be meaningful and using filler words is meaningless. At the beginning
of our course we will identify redundant filler expressions
and find an efficient cure in the form of squats and push-ups.
Correct posture
We’ve cleaned up your speech
a bit, so now we will have a look at your posture. How do you expect people to focus on your speech
if you look like the picture
of misery or pace continuously back and forth? Take a deep breath, straighten yourself up
and save the pacing for when you exercise.
Eye contact
Now you know how to control your arms and legs and you hear
a warning chime every time you want to use a filler. However, how should the audience know you’re addressing them if you’re looking down at your feet or looking out the window while you speak?
Non-verbal communication
While we’re on the subject
of sports, are you sure you don’t look like the karate kid while presenting? That said, you also need to be careful your hands aren’t in your pockets either.
So, what should you do with them? Not to worry, we will cover this too.
